Shipping & Returns


All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after the deal is taken down from the site. Occasionally, an unforeseen delay may occur, or you may receive a super speedy shipping notification. We'll always notify you as soon as your product ships.Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your tracking number is available.

We ship via  DHL, Fedex, USPS, and Canada Post in Canada.

Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take 7-10 business days to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.



If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email  customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.

Please Email customer service within 30 days of the product purchase date or a refund cannot be issued. If we determine that you need to send the defective/damaged item back to us, we will send you a return label. Then you just package it back up and send it off. If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason product needs to be returned within 30 days and must be in original new condition with all neccessary parts and accessories. It is strongly recommended that it is shipped with a tracking number in the event that the package is lost in transit.
